Table Exhaust/VCP/Gcode issue

I had the Exhaust working on a button on the VCP before updating to CNC12 V5.0. I now have it working again as the AirBlow button in the VCP controlling M94M95113 and AirBlowNozzle mapped to OUTPUT 3 in the wizard. But when commanding M94/113 in gcode or MDI it does nothing.
Alternatively I was able to get the exhaust to turn on/off with Gcode from the Post Processor, when I pointed the output to M94M95113, but it would not work with the VCP button. I would prefer to have both options, for instance, when cutting up a skeleton or just doing a quick cut by hand on the table, I could turn it on with the button. Or if there is an issue with a cut, I can turn off the exhaust while sorting it out without having to do it through MDI. Is this possible?
I see in the acorn_plasma_plc.src that VacuumOn is there as M27/M28, it is also listed as Skin_event_24, as well as in the Wizard. But I can't seem to get it to work.

Thanks,
Greg

please post a report.zip from the previous install

Maybe my post was not worded like I intended. I never tried to get the exhaust to turn on with gcode in the previous install. It was just something I figured out on the new install before getting the button to work.

Also not sure if I should start a new thread for another problem/question, but here goes. Why is the THC disabled on a restart after a collision/tip up/run off the sheet? Or even dry running to the restart point and beginning the cut again. That is extremely annoying. I hate wasting material.

EDIT: Never mind about the resume job functionality. V5.0 works so much better than 4.82 did.

Hello Greg

I'm not seeing a calibration cut for THC in the report. I can see that most of your cuts have a big difference between your cutting voltage and the target voltage. Anti dive is preventing the Z from reacting to this high voltage. If it did react the Z would lower into the material.
Turn your plot on in the F7 utility menu and capture plots of your cuts to get a better view how the THC is reacting to the voltage and why anti dive might be kicking in.

Chinese cutters are a little more difficult to get the Target voltage right as there is no real starting point.
I am myself working on Primeweld and Everlast profiles with good voltages so making profiles and calibrating the THC is more consistent.

For now, When a profile Feedrate has been determined. Use the Auto sense THC feature to set the voltage during a cut and note the voltage its running at during a straight line cut. Set that voltage to your profiles target feed rate.

I can assist on Teamviewer and we could create some profiles together to get you in the swing of Tuning your THC and profile voltages.

Using the Plot is huge! You will be able to understand and see exactly why THC was not moving the Z and how to quickly tune a profile for reliable/consistent operation.
Judging by the Plots from the report. You had to be pretty frustrated with how the THC was performing (or lack there of).

As of now THC is good on V5.0. I've cut about 30 parts today, and no issues with the THC. and the two times I did have to restart it were from running over a hole in the reclaimed sheet. But THC was active the whole time.

Here is one of last plots for today.

Looks like the THC is doing its job in that plot. Good to see that.

So as of now the VCP button is working to control the blower. Is there a way to use gcode to control this output as well? M94/M95 only works when specified as that output. M63/M83 doesn't work either. I guess I could put a switch on the control cabinet to manually override what ever state it's in, use M94/M95 in gcode, and remove the VCP button.
