Hey, just giving you an update that I've managed to make it work as it should! Thanks alot for your help! Much appreciated.
Now after all the test I've ordered today all the necessary fiber laser equipment 🤑😪.
Probably will take about a month and a half to arrive so I will keep you updated when I will set everything.

On another topic I have a rotary attachment (A axis) on my machine that I plan to use with the future laser as well, so I just purchased sheetcam rotary plasma plug in.
I'm new to sheetcam.
I can't managed to make the rotary work for same reason, I think that the problem its the post processor.
Also in sheetcam the A axis is along the X axis and I need it to be along the Y axis.
Does anyone have experience in this?
I've looked in the dissertation on sheetcam rotary plasma but didn't get the answers that I needed.

Axis rotation along Y would be a "B" axis.

OK got it.
But I'm still having problems with the rotary axis.
I have a rotary attachment B axis in wizard.
And I imported a program i made this sheetcam but the rotary axis doesn't move..
Can you send me a post for sheetcam that can support rotary plasma?

I don't use sheetcsm so I can't help you there. Can you rotate the axis using MDI to verify it's configured and connected correctly?
Cheers,

Tom

Re: Thc non plasma usage

I'm trying to cut square and round tube using an attachment
rotary axis on my cnc plasma cutter.

The rotary axis move correctly using to remote hand-held controller, but when I'm generating a gcode using sheetcam and sheetcam post there is no mention of the rotary axis in it.

And when I do simulation on sheetcam I can see the movement of the rotary axis.

So I'm guessing that the problem is the post processor.

Please help me with this matter 🙏

Yes, no answer from them yet.
The post that I'm using can support a rotary axis?
