I added some pictures of the x axis drive, I will be redoing this as there is no chain tension adjustment and only one bearing on the motor side which does not provide enough support to the jack shaft.

Plasma Machine Gearing Sweet Spot
Note: The Plasma Machine Gearing Sweet Spot graphic for closed loop steppers and AC servos is not much different, you'll just have much better results when operating at the fringes of the sweet spot than with open steppers.Need support?
