Getting ready to test Prime weld 60 on acorn plasma thc . What i found . The internal divider not very good . No filtering Voltage sikes wrong voltage . So i installed a Proma voltage divider . results after testing much better . Hear is an install video i made https://photos.google.com/share/AF1QipO ... Nxb05iY0tB

Keith
We need a centroid build Divider card like the Proma Divider . That way we can make China cutters work on acorn

Did you run with the Proma divider? Did you run with Acorn? If you do run in acorn. Trun your THC plots ON in the F7 utility menu. Proma card is cheap. would be nice to find something like the Proma that just works.

Joey i be testing this with the Acorn shortly . So far so good it solid 50 to 1 output voltage i don't see any spikes
i talked to other users of the prime 60 using on other controllers . they all coming back saying they turn off the THC . it giving them problems
Well that fits all my voltage findings and readings on the scope . theirs no filters in the internal divider . just bunch resisters . even the raw voltage output not correct . Thers also another divider i found made buy CNC4PC on there website that does 50 to 1 . that be another one to try
i get a hold of you as soon as i hook the prime to the acorn .
