What Plasma cutter are you running? You should not have to recalibrate for each profile.

No you only calibrate once but you have to be sure you select the correct material from the profile manager when doing the calibration. The calibration is done for a baseline voltage reading at a .06 cut height for the profile selected. Then it uses that calibration against all other profiles. The numbers in the profile manager are Hypertherm book numbers so if you are using a plasma cutter that’s not Hypertherm you may have to adjust those numbers in each profile but you don’t need to recalibrate.

You can always use smart sense mode to fine tune your machine after a successful calibration.
