Dry Run OK but When Torch Fires no Movement

Here is the link to a couple pictures. I do not have a grounding rod, would that help? Currently the wires are a little disorganized. Just trying to get it to work before tidying up the wiring on the table.

Also the TX board is in the upper left corner, RX on the bottom right. Roughly 6 inches apart.

use the provided RX to Acorn cable. that ribbon cable is no good.

the fiber is bent and not properly strain relived on the TX board.

i would also remove the TX from that box and mount it outside in another box.
