I've wired the ohmic sensor as shown in S15108, defined Output4 as Ohmic Enabled and conducted a successful continuity check from the tip of the torch to T In on the TX board but when I touch the tip to ground I do not see the Plasma T IN led turn green as described on page 15 of the Plasma Users Manual.

Have I missed a step? Any suggestions?

Any help would be appreciated.

Do you have the THC set to "THC Installed" in the profile manager's, "THC Config" settings?

Yes, "THC Installed" is set to Yes and Green.

It works now but I'm not sure why.

I had a job loaded - the Bear test that's provided - I closed it and loaded No Job. Tested again and it works as expected.

So, you have properly set the Wizard to assign "Torch touch Disconnect" in the proper output definition that matches the Output relaynumber that the Torch tip wire passes through on its way to the "Tin" input of the TX Board? Could you throw some pictures up of the Wizard, Output Relay board and the "TX" Board. Also The Divided voltage connected to the TX is needed for a complete torch touch circuit.

Is this A new setup? Depending on the Series of events the settings might not have applied to the job that was loaded yet? Be sure to run the Calibration Job before starting other Jobs.

Yes, it's a new setup and I was following the installation as the manual described. I'll be sure to do the calibration test before starting anything. I only loaded that job to take a look at the G code. I'm not at the point of actually running a job but I hope to soon.

looks like you are definitely getting close then! Feel free to post pictures of your progress so we can look things over and 3rd party verify that everything looks right. Excited to see the machine up and cutting.
