THC bench test fail <fixed>

Recently learned that the Primeweld Cut60 is not currently compatible with the THC. Primeweld is working on the issue. I fully intend to eventually have two plasma cutters in the shop so I went ahead and did a bench test on the THC before I put it on the shelf for later. Followed the diagram, made sure in the Profile manager that THC was set to yes, ran the test with a AA battery that measured 1.54v and got nothing. Also tried with a 9v with same results. Acorn has been working as a router since 2019 perfectly but I did have to do a software update from CNC12 Mill v4.12 to Plasma 4.8.

Any ideas on what I skipped or got wrong?

Hello IronHead

Looking at your Pictures and I think the green Power led is covered up perfectly. The RX Does have power and the power indicator lights are ON correct? Having the THC boards laying in the cabinet looks pretty sketchy. The TX really should not be on top of a power supply also. When the Acorn software was updated was a report restored from the previous Acorn Software? If so that would cause the Plasma Software to act up.

Yes, I have pwr on both boards and yes, I restored a report from the previous version. Sounds like an un-install/re-install and enter all fields by hand is in order? I can certainly move the TX. I was just trying to ensure the bottom of the board didn't come in contact with the cabinet before i mount it permanently further back away from everything else.

Thanks,
Rich

Uninstall/reinstall complete and changed individual settings by hand. All fixed!! And after going back to the install manual I found where it specifically mentioned this. Skimmed right past it the first time. Thanks Joey.

Good to hear Rich. I'm glad you mentioned that the Acorn was in use previously as a router. I wouldn't expect the THC to not work because of the TX laying on top of the power supply. I was just trying to find anything that didn't look right in the picture. Always feels good to not know exactly what's wrong and get lucky with a shot in the dark.
