Any updates? Have you made anymore cuts with THC? If you have can you post another report?

So I cut a bunch of 14 ga today. Here are all of the plots. I had a problem with most of the parts. For some reason, the torch would decide not to start at the pierce, so I would get a collision and have to turn the Everlast off and back on again, and move back to the pierce. Then it would usually be fine for the rest of the part.

Those plots don't look bad at all!

I can see your issue when the Pierce delay is started to early.
The Everlast has a voltage spike before the ARC actually starts and this tricks the THC into thinking the ARC has started. It also doesn't help that the time between the Voltage spike and the ARC starting varies a lot.

The solution is to get a more consistent start for the pierce delay. Hooking up the "ARC O.K." Signal from the Everlast will hopefully give us a more consistent Time to start the Pierce delay. The assigned Acorn Wizard input will be called "O.K. to move".

That's something I was originally considered. I've hooked it up now, but have yet to try it out.

I think a more constant starting point for the pierce delay with a "Arc OK" or "Ok to move" signal will solve this with the current software release.
I am looking into a way to improve the Timers for Acorns THC's arc OK in the next release. Most of the cheap plasma cutters do have the "Ok to move" signal.
