Hello,
1. Is it possible to choose standard parts on the display of the Centroid Acorn Plasma and ajust dimensions to cut right away without having to nest on plate ? (ex. Washer, plate with holes, bracket, etc.
2. Is it possible to use 4th axis (using cnc chuck for example) for doing tube cutting ? (Square and/or round)
Regards,

Re: Questions on upcoming or already working features
Hello.
Answer 1
Centroid is creating a feature called "One Shot". "One Shot" enables the user to define Dimensions of pre selected Shapes or objects for quick part turnarounds. Centroid Plasma Intercon will also be an option for creating Jobs in Centroid Plasma without needing to use a external Cad/Cam software.
Answer 2
Centroid is creating an Option for a 4th axis cutting attachment.

Re: Questions on upcoming or already working features
Just FYI, on tube cutting many users cut square and rectangle in addition to round tube.
Thanks!
Thanks!

Re: Questions on upcoming or already working features
Are there any examples of a tube and pipe cutter with Acorn? Does sheetcam have a post for this to Acorn? or is a generic tube post sufficient?
