Nice! I have a starlab and am thinking of making the switch to Acorn also. Did your table already have the Clearpath servos, and gear reduction? Or did you add that when you went to the acorn system? Also looks like you are using prox switches for your Z, and limits? Did you migrate from Command CNC or did you previously have a Mach system? Sorry 20 questions. Finally how happy are you so far with the Acorn system vs what you had previously?

Whats the use for the io board on a plasma machine. Looks like not being used yet correct? What are the plans for it?
