Centroid v 4, extends and hits the material.

My plasma with centrod v4, extends and get jumpy when it reaches maximum down limit. sometimes it would press the material if circle start is dialed, no firing, not cutting .here is my report attached. kindly help

Can you please attach the Gcode jobs you are running when the Z locks up. I want to see the Gcode job you a using.

You best chance at having a working Plasma table with the Acorn is to Download and install Acorn Plasma software. Your current software is Acorn mill.

I understand you may not want to switch to the Plasma software because you would need a plasma license And the Acorn Already has a Mill pro license.

i use sheetcam post processor. to generate Gcode, a part from installing latest version , what else could l try

Download and install the latest acorn plasma software V5.08 at the link I provided in my last post
