thc encoder error

thc encoder error
we have cut several parts this morning with ease we are getting a 9105 encoder error both tx and rx boards are getting power fiberoptic cable appeares to be fine any ideas?

Can you attach a fresh report.
Is the encoder error intermittent?
A loose encoder cable could also cause an encoder error.

attached is a current report any ideas would be helpful after trying different things i noticed when we disable thc machine will move again and operate normally yet no thc enable thc and 9105 encoder error prevents everything from moving

Looking through the Plots in the report I'm not seeing any voltages read in any plots.
Did you do a calibration cut?
Do you know the THC was ever working?
What Plasma cutter do you have?
