How to correct under size hole. Is there a setting for this my backlash is all checked out good.

If you have 0.0200" backlash, then you have a mechanical issue you need to fix. Software backlash compensation is not going to work well in a machine that sloppy.

First, though, you should do some test cuts to see whether your problem is backlash; or whether your problem is scaling (revs/inch); or whether your end mill is cutting undersize.

What is your cutter size?
What is the programmed diameter of the hole?
If you program it to bore a hole twice as large, is the amount of error the same, or is the amount of error twice as much or more?

If you program it to do circular interpolation around the outside if a circular island (e.g. Outside Circular Frame cycle), is the resulting feature undersized, or oversized?
