Hi Fellow Centroid users,
I have a 3800 x 1800 2006 ProCam CNC router table, completed the Allin1DC retro fit upgrade 6 months back.
Since the upgrade I’ve only been able to use T5 from the Tool rail which houses 14 tools. All 14 tools would Batch for tool height saving but stall when commanded to change during normal operations of cutting file (Cam software is Vetric Cut2d pro).
With Jobs backing up I ran all tool changes through T5, stop and starting runs and rechecking tool ht throughout. However now it will not run the cutting file at all and will only batch T5 and error code the other tool holder 1-4, 6-14.
Program runs unto command, 25.=>N0250 T5 M6 - ATC M107 not available. ATC plu in required for M107 functionality, line 25
When Running Batch program Im prompted by - 913 Could not open file O0005.cnc, mfunc6.mac, line 38
I have checked through the file path and it appears correct -
Tool Change - C:\cncm\ncfiles\O0005.cnc
mfunc6.mac - C:\cncm\mfunc6.mac
I did notice on the Software license page it list ATC Support: NO. Is this required as im not sure if this has run out or provided under Pro license.
Hoping I have some guidance to rectify my ATC for all 14 tools and command prompt issue will run a job.
Cheers

Re: Allin1DC ATC issues
The ATC support license fixed half the problems, I can use T5 now and run a program to cut.
However I can't change tools or tool check any other tooling T1 - T4, T6-T14.
Batching tools other than T5 Im prompted by ERROR - 913 Could not open file O0005.cnc, mfunc6.mac, line 38
Any ideas on where to start looking?

post a fresh report.zip so we can see your setup, otherwise we would be needing a crystal ball

Re: Allin1DC ATC issues
So, you had two unrelated issues.
"ATC M107 not available" / "ATC plug in required for M107 functionality, line nn" was due to the lack of the ATC software license.
"913 Could not open file O0005.cnc" is because CNC12 is looking in the wrong directory for the tool changer files.
Your report_*.txt file shows that there are fourteen "O00nn.cnc" files in the c:\cncm\ncfiles directory. Those files are not contained in a report (they would be contained in a CNC backup instead), but we can reasonably assume they are the tool rack location macros.
I speculate that CNC12 searches for numbered subprograms in the same directory as the currently-loaded job. That is usually the c:\cncm\ncfiles directory.
However, your current job file is "c:\Users\CNC User\Dropbox\Concept Project Builds Dropbox\CPB CNC Project files\Armadale foodcourt projects\Mamak gorang signage logo 42 mdf 8mm bit Profile 1.cnc".
Therefore, I would expect that CNC12 would be looking for the ATC macros in the "c:\Users\CNC User\Dropbox\Concept Project Builds Dropbox\CPB CNC Project files\Armadale foodcourt projects\" directory; and is not finding them there.
You could move or copy your CNC program file into the c:\cncm\ncfiles directory; load it from there; and then see if the tool changes work as desired.
You could also rewrite your mfunc6.mac file to call subprograms by name, with a full path specification. Look up a set of current Acorn rack-type ATC macros for an example of that method.
Or you could rewrite your mfunc6.mac file to calculate the rack positions based on a starting point and spacing (assuming they are uniformly spaced), and eliminate the G65 calls altogether.
But the simplest approach will be to simply put your current CNC program in the c:\cncm\ncfiles directory.

Re: Allin1DC ATC issues
That suggestion to move the files helped, Thanks.
This control panel is built as a retro fit from Centroid, so Im not sure why it searches through Dropbox files for cnc files on the C drive?
We can now pick up tooling but it attempts to put it away in the same T5 location and then move away and stall.
We can still run a Cut file utilising T5 holder but error codes when attempting to pick up any other tools from T1 - T4, T6 - T14
I've attached the error message pic and new report. 'Waiting for input #31 (M101) is this the physical input at the Allin1DC ? (tool rack down)
Also just as a test, I loaded a job onto a thumb drive and loaded directly onto the C drive job file directory, but no difference.
Ive also attached the original file mfunc6.cnc from which centriod supplied the new mfunc6.cnc. This supplied file notes template under description which I find odd.
hope you can help me close down these couple of issues.
cheers
