1. This is What we are wondering also with the orientation. How do we cancel without the M05 command or is this something we have to custom program into the PLC? I could try and use the tool unclamp command as we have setup a mechanical lock to hold spindle into position during the tool change. Maybe I should orient allow the lock to fall into place and then try unclamping tool and reclamping tool to see if this allows the further use of MDI without control reset.

2. Any ideas on whats happening with the spindle at low RPM in video posted? Reached out to delta and they say it seems like a tuning issue. WE followed the TB316 setup procedure for the c2000 drive and encoder card. Encoder and spindle pulley are 1-1, rotary auto tune and inertia tune were both completed as per TB316. Delta did give a little bit of a different setup than Centroid for the auto and inertia tuning wondering if this will make a difference. I can attach what delta sent to see if Centroid will confirm that this is ok to try.

Thank you everyone for your input and help. To anyone following this thread. We wanted to update the thread as we figured out the issue and we have the spindle working correctly now. The issue for our setup was that the Centroid TB316 walks you through inertia tuning and changing parameter 11-0 in the VFD to function 1 which adjust PI based on load. We received some info on leaving that alone and putting it back to default function 0. All is working now as is should. Anyone that maybe trying to wire the Delta C2000 VFD to an AllInOne control we will monitor this thread when we can to answer any questions.
