SW controll of Lubricator Oil Pump? Change the frequency and duty cycle time?

Post by PlasmaCNC »

Is it possible to Change the frequency and duty cycle time on the Lubricator Oil Pump?

We have 2 CNC mills that use Centroid controls. The older one has a oil pump that can be directly controlled by knobs on the unit to change the frequency and duty cycle.

The newer machine the lubricator has no controls on it. Looking at the Centroid schematic it appears that the pump may be controlled by the Centroid software as the pump is wired to the Oak Controller. I’ve cast about looking for any control parameters for lubrication but have not located any. Is there anyway to set new time and duty cycles?

The CNC is made by Atrump Machinery Inc. It’s model E216 / Maximill machine tool with Centroid controls. The SN: is 230. It has a Centroid controller, the Oak controller Plcadd1616 SN: 102856. It has the Windows CNC12 software.

Thanks for any insight.

Look up parameter 179 in the operator's manual.

I have CDO. It's like OCD, but the letters are where they should be.
