It sounds like you do not have a PLC program installed.
You need to use the CNC12 software installer to install a PLC program, unless you are an advanced user and know where and how to get a suitable PLC program through another pathway.
The PLC program is responsible for applying inversions and forcing that are requested on the Alt-i screen. With no PLC program running, those features will not work.

Got the machine back up and running. One last problem with the wireless wmpg-6. It seems to be paired with the control but wont operate jog commands. Maybe something in plc not programed properly. Thanks Dave
