Does anyone have a photo or a drawing of a PLC 3/3, indicating the inputs and outputs? Thank You in advance.

There were several variants, but generally there were six terminals for the relay outputs (a common and N.O. for each relay); and six terminals for the inputs (a common and an input terminal for each input). The input commons are all the same, and the same as the "GND" of the input power.
