The English versions of those messages would be:

425 Feedrate Override Online
427 Spindle Override Online
429 MPG Online
431 CPU PIC Online

All of those imply that the described devices went off-line momentarily, and then came back. The first three are part of the jog panel, on the right side of the console. The last is part of the CPU10 board, plugged into the PCI slot in the computer motherboard in the console.

It is possible that there is a malfunction or bad connection between the CPU10 board and the jog panel. This is a gray ribbon cable, from a black 16-pin connector on the edge of the CPU10 board, to an 8-pin header on the edge of the jog panel board. In later consoles, the connection went through a 15-pin D-type connector at the back of the PC enclosure; but yours probably goes directly from the CPU10 to the jog panel.

Try cleaning and reseating the jog panel cable at both ends.

Also check whether any of the wires and cables that rest on the top of the CPU10 board have been pierced by the component wires that stick up through the board. Cut a piece of card stock (e.g. from a file folder) about 3" by 9", and slip it in on top of the CPU10 board to prevent any cables from resting against the sharp wire ends.

If problems continue to happen intermittently, then try unplugging the CPU10 board from the PCI slot on the motherboard; cleaning the board edge and the slot with electronic contact cleaner or rubbing alcohol; and plugging it back in.

Make a report (F7/Utility -> F7/Report).

E-mail the resulting report.zip file to support@centroidcnc.com.

Tell them you have K40038, and that you need the permanent software unlock codes.

If the control was fully paid for, and there is no issue with the dealer/distributor, then they will likely just e-mail you the codes.

If there is a problem, they will tell you how to purchase the codes.
