Just wanted to let you know we have a sample set of inovance motors and drives on the way this will enable us to test them. They look good initially and pricing is decent so we are hopeful that they will work well. I'll post more here as I find out the results of our testing and configuration

Thats exciting. Can I ask which drives you are testing? I was looking at SV670P as these have option for dual encoder feedback. There are CANopen variants of this drive. I am wondering if this could possibly be supported by Hickory.

Hickory is currently being sold as only being compatible with Yaskawa, Estun, and Glentek as these units have been tested and documented. We hope to expand that list.
We are working on getting our hands on other manufactures ethercat drives for testing and documentation on how to set them up to work with Hickory.
if Hickory is available, so can I buy as well Hickory?

update: we have tested the inovance motors and drives on the bench with hickory. they seem to run well on the bench, next step is bolting them up to a machine to test real world performance.
