Someone has changed your configuration password to 9173. It is parameter 42 in the report you just uploaded.

Lube alarm 405 is lubricant level low. Is the way lube resivoir full?

Someone has set your configuration password to "9173".

Once in the Parameters table, you can change Parameter 42 to zero to revert to the default password.

"405 Lubricant level low" means that the oil level in your auto lube tank is low, so the float switch has opened; or that one of the wires between the PLC input header H13 and the lube unit is loose or broken. Those wires are usually BRN on INCOM, and RED on INP18.
