I probably posted this earlier in a wrong thread, so forgive the double post.

I'd like a "display" tool diameter in the tool table. I use tool wear compensation so none of my tools show up when graphing.
Cheers,

Tom

I have CDO. It's like OCD, but the letters are where they should be.

i would like to use regular rotary switches for inputs and use those inputs for rapid rates. Obviously having marc do the plc to implement this.
That wont be an issue right??

It will make it easier for me when i do another machine to make my own pendant into the control panel like i've done on my other 2 machines. I kinda like old school look and feel of switches vs the usb keypad or even the wireless pendant buttons and knobs. I'm not really digging the feel of the actual buttons on those styles. Just my .02

Yes, we are testing it in-house right now.

This is probably a huge request. If Centroid has this, I am have not seen it.

But, the Prototrak controllers by SWI have a feature called TRAKing. Basically it allows you to step forward and backwards through the program using the MPG to test out a new program. It is very useful.

If this is not clear, here is an example:

Does Centroid have this and I somehow just missed it? If not, it would be a great feature to add.

Thanks,
Tim

PS, I have a Centroid converted Trak DPM mill that I absolutely love. I just purchased its mate, a Trak 1745P CNC lathe. The lathe is currently full functional an I am going to keep the Trak controller for a bit, but the long term goal would be to do a Centroid conversion, but I would loose this feature that the current Trak controller has.
