On line 3080 of your PLC program source file, change "1500" to however many milliseconds you think it needs to reach the unclamped switch. Save your changes and recompile the program.
If you are not sure how long it needs, just change the number to "30000" (i.e. 30 seconds), then use the Alt-i display or PLC Detective to watch it and see how long it really takes to unclamp the tool, while the carousel is advanced.
