G92 or G76 thread gave Step at End any solution

Hello Guys
My part didn't have a under cut at Z-10mm when thread End it made a round step which not required .
Also we didn't want any undercut all

If you are using Intercon, reduce the chamfer amount. See page 98 in the Lathe User's Manual.

See Parameters 240 and 241 in the lathe operator's manual.

Try something between 0.2mm and 0.4mm for P240.

Optionally, change P242 to 60 degrees, and include a chamfer out of the thread at a 45 degree angle (see Parameter 49, and/or the 'P' value on the first line of a 2-line G76 cycle).

Ok i will try But in G92 has any possibility for chamfer at end ?

See G92, on page 183 of the v4.20 lathe operator's manual.

G92 uses Parameter 49, just like G76 does.

Set Parameter 49 = 1.0 for a one-turn chamfer out at the end of the thread.
