Thanks guys! I double checked the continuity on the servo motors and all my connections. That and swapping the +/- on the axis motor fixed my movement issue. All axis move as they should now - however, the spindle does not turn. The wiring diagram uses the NO circuit from the spindle overload, however, that gives me an immediate 9028 SPINDLE FAULT.

Upon inspecting another Bridgeport/Centroid mill working in our shop (running MPU11), I found that machine is wired from the NC circuit on the spindle overload. I swapped my current upgrade to the NC circuit and the fault is gone, but still no spindle movement. The machine will home (jog home) and run a program, but the spindle does not turn. When I manually with on the spindle from the control panel I can hear the AllIn1 engage, just no movement.

Suggestions?

Here is my newest report and wiring diagram.

If your wiring diagram is accurate, then you do not have the A2 side of the contactor coils connected to the DC supply.
