Timeout: MPU11 not responding
What does this mean and how can I fix the problem, everything was going great then the machine just quit working for me.

Yeah, I see this often when I try to reboot my laptop and not the dcaio board. So I need to reboot them together and then I do not have a problem. Is it possible your Ethernet card is going into power save or sleep mode? Just a thought.

You said everything was working before? Please check to make sure the Ethernet cable is plugged in. Next make sure your IP address for the network adapter is set to 10.168.41.1 and the subnet mask is 255.255.255.0 . Also check to make sure your control is actually powering up.
