CNC10 WONT RUN HOMING CYCLE:

Post by SMACHSERVICES »

Good morning everyone, I have what I think is an AllinDC that is running CNC10, Feed back from my customer was that the machine was running on the previous shift and shut down properly and now it will not run the homing cycle. I can see when push the cycle start that the file name changes to CNC7.hom but in info window it just says 305 - processing.
- I have located the CNC7.HOM File and it looks to be in good shape and contain the code I would expect to see.
- you can jog the machine ok and start the spindle
- It has a board DC3IOB and the led reads a zero
- DF led is on
- PLC_OK is on
- The machine has no limit switches and the homing cycle seems to drive onto a hard stop and see that to set the home position

Any pointers in the right direction would be great thanks in advance

Hello, if you can get a report.zip from the machine that would be helpful and the serial number.

The Report.zip can be created in the utility menu.
