servo3io and ac servo spindle wiring

i have a servo3io and a china ac servo that i am going to use as a spindle motor
the ac servo drive will take an analog -10v/+10v for input
i have the analog out on the servo3io to the ac drive and it will run the motor
i would like to turn on the servo drive with input 6 srv-on on the drive and im unsure on how to do that
i realize i will need a relay as the ac servo drive is on 12v or 24v and the servo3io is 5v
how do i get the servo3ioto output a signal to activate my relay
i have attached a report and the ac drive wiring
thanks

The spindle enable output on the SERVO3IO is a dry-contact relay. You can use it to switch 12 or 24 VDC.

You will want to bypass the spindle direction relay on the SERVO3IO, since you are selecting direction with the analog voltage. I.e. you will just connect to "SPIN ENCOM" and "SPIN EN", then go back to your drive, without connecting through "DIR COM", "CCW" or "CW".

You will need to set the J1, J2 and J3 jumpers on the SERVO3IO to selected +/- 10VDC analog output. This is probably:
J1 right
J2 right
J3 left
... assuming that the jumpers on the SERVO3IO have the same arrangement and function as on the SPIN232 board from which the analog circuitry was derived.

Thanks
That is what I need
I do have the jumpers set
I just wasn't sure if the 3io would handle 12v or 24v
Thanks
