I have all axis moving and can set home but when I jog axis my readout on the monitor is not actual movement ,example monitor display on x axis shows 2" of movement but actual movement is 6.750 please send any info

Hi Dan,
Not to nitpick but you really do not "calibrate encoders". Encoders have a fixed number of counts per revolution -in your case 8000 counts/rev- this is already set as the default value for all your axes and shouldn't ever be changed unless the encoders are changed.
What you need to calibrate is the number of motor revs per inch or "revs/unit" this will take into account the ballscrew pitch and any pulley ratios all at the same time. Please see the link below for an easy to follow procedure that tells you exactly how to set your motor "revs/unit"
