M400 all in one dc
Hello. I'm new to centroid and would like to know how to tell if I have ridged tapping. The option is turned off. I'm maybe just missing software hopefully. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

On the servo based controls, rigid tapping used to be an extra cost option. You will need to call Centroid Tech support with your system serial number to purchase the unlock code.
You will also need to install a spindle encoder on your machine. Centroid requires an RS422 differential quadrature 5V encoder with a minimum of 1024 lines.
