I am so close now.
Thanks for all the help along the way.
Power up mill and software CNC MILL 12
Home the machine
go to test
runs the x y and z axis
I get a
511 misssing parameter, line 1020
BLOCK N4 NOT FOUND, LINE 46
photos of screen and report enclosed

All the files you posted came out of a file named "report_0008DC111213-0228222744_2022-06-27_09-14-36.zip". Instead of opening and browsing within that ZIP file, just post a copy of that ZIP file.

The file within the report...zip file that contains system test results is named "systest.out".

He obviously has Window's "hide file extensions" option turned on so he doesn't know the report file was a zip. OP would do good to turn that option off. It's nothing but trouble.

I went to MARTYCNCGARGE and looked at his final test video.
He showed going to the "LOAD" area and load "SYSTEST.OUT"
I could not locate that file

its in the report you posted. you probably are looking in the wrong directory

To make your machine pass the system test:
1) Adjust the X minus switch or trip ramp so that the switch trips about .040" sooner (closer to the working area)
2) Adjust the Y minus switch or trip ramp, so that the switch trips about 0.040" sooner (closer to the working area)
Alternately, go to Machine Configuration -> Motor Parameters and change the input number for Y minus home from 3 to 0.
3) Adjust the Y plus switch or trip ramp, so that the switch trips about 0.050" later (farther away from the working area).

These suggestions are based on looking at the content of your "systest.out" file, from the report you posted; searching for the word "FAILURE"; and figuring out what it would take to make the "differnce" numbers be close to 0.050" (about half a turn of the motor).
