it is strange as the control was fine before I changed the date and time and screen resolution {all be it too large for the screen}

Ok , so I managed to load the language MSG file and it all looked good , it got past that screen and I thought it was going to be ok… however it’s now stuck on this screen.. can you help again please … many thanks

You appear to have more than one corrupted or deleted file.
You can download a complete CNC7 v8.23 update diskette from http://www.cncsnw.com/823_823.zip
Unpack it onto a floppy disk, making sure that you have "ZIPFILES" and "INTERCON" subdirectories when it is unpacked. Then install it by typing at the C:\CNC7 prompt:
