Now that I have a centroid 4th axis mill, I have to learn CAM software and purchase a CAM software package. I understand that Centroid cam will not do true simultaneous 4 th axis continuous motion.(correct?).. There are about 54 software vendors out there. Does anyone know which vendors offer true continuous 4th axis CAM? I am a retired hobbyist and don't make things for money, so I need to work to ballance costs, When I am away for 6 months, a yearly rental subscription does not make economic sense, unless they would suspend while I am away. I can afford to pay more than most hobbyists. Anyway, contacting all 54 something vendors who mostly would not have it is a lot of effort.
What are the readers/moderator familiar with? Where do I start?

What CAD package do you use? If you are already using F360, then their CAM package might make sense. Same for SolidWorks - SolidWorks CAM would be worth looking into, although SolidCAM is a great add-on for SolidWorks.
Many CAM packages like MasterCAM do not have modelers built-in or have only rudimentary modeling capabilities. Do you want and integrated environment or are you happy with two separate packages for CAD and CAM?
