All in One Transplant

Hello,
I sold my 3 axis knee mill with the All-in-One control. The person who bought it decided he would like to install the control and motors on his knee mill of which the control quit working. So, this is not the first time I have had to re-install the control on a knee mill. Both mills are similar in options, like Manual spindle on/off and speed control, auto lube, manual coolant on/off. Basically simple. I know I need to change the travels of the X,Y,and Z too.

The problem is I had no power to the control initially. I rechecked everything then opened the power box and pressed a reset. then powered everything up and made some progress. tried to home and got a Z axis error message and then lost communication with the all-in-one. and the all-in-one does not light up the LED window with the number.

I would go back to basics with Allin1dc bench test and then add things and test as you go along.
