Intercon posting issue

So I'm having an issue getting a program to post that I wrote in intercon it's a bunch of drilled holes and threadmill operations when I hit post it has a pop up that says a fatal error has been detected and it closes the software I have the .Icn file saved if anyone wants to look it over or has suggestions on what I need to look for to resolve this issue as always any help is greatly appreciated

Post a copy of the ICN file here, plus a current Report.

I'm pretty sure I found the problem there were a few threadmilling operations with 0s for the threads/inch I was assuming they were auto populating like the feeds and depths
