My Allin1DC has been running flawlessly since my install back in February 2022.
This morning I started and homed the machine and loaded a simple program to run. When I tried to graph the program I got an error stating the graph function was not available in Free (yet I paid for the Pro upgrade).
When I try to run the program I am also getting an error "544 Too Many axes", yet the program only has X and Y axis in the code - I'm using the same post as I've always used which has never given me any errors.
I've attached a fresh report.
Please advise.
Thanks,
John

While you may have paid for the "Pro" license, you have evidently not ever imported your Pro license file.
If you cannot find your Pro license file, you will need to contact Centroid tech support and request another copy.

I will look for the file. Since I purchased the control from them with the program pre-installed, I would have expected the license file to have been pre-installed with it.
Thanks,
John

Just to follow up with resolution: I contacted Liviu in Technical Sales and got the Pro license file. Subsequent installation appears to have cleared both errors.
Thanks,
John
