Multiple Head Router - Allin1DC Retro fit - PLC Programming

Post by CSpurge »

Hello,

I recently finished retrofitting my Standard Router Inc. multi-head router and now need to finish the PLC programming. I am not very familiar with PLC so I was hoping someone had a similar retrofit and could share their program.

I am using one VFD for all three routers.
Controlling the pneumatics and contactors with the same output.
Using Outputs 3,4,6.

See wiring diagram for more detail.

I plan on using tool changes in my CNC Programs to call up each head then using M06 to manage the rest.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
