Step-Direction with OAK or Allin1DC

Post by WEMO-EZFW »

Hello all.

Do I understand correctly that only the Acorn board can step/direction and the two boards Allin1DC and OAK can not?

The Oak can run third-party drives in pulse train position mode, with quadrature A and B channel commands.

That is kind of like step-and-direction, only different. Encoder position feedback from the drives to the Oak unit is also required.
