Hi All
So I have an "s" next to the X axis in the status window and cannot figure out how to get rid of the "s" worse yet I can't figure out how to even look it up in the Installation and Operators manual. I was trying to put the parameters in for the spindle to get that going and had to go away for a week. When I came back the "s" was there and I think it means X axis is paired to the spindle. I have done multiple word searches and rechecked the parameters 35 and 64. But have not been success full in fixing the problem.
There is really two problems one is unpairing the second is how to look up the problem. I'm sure it's a parameter or setting that has been incorrectly set. I have spent quite a bit of time trying to chase this thing down and am a little peeved it's so hard to figure out. Any how If I could get some advice that would be really nice.
Thank You for your time.
Pat

So what is parameter set 35 to? If you'll post a report,.well be able to tell for shure what's wrong.
Cheers,

Confidence is the feeling you have before you fully understand the situation.
I have CDO. It's like OCD, but the letters are where they should be.

Re: Spindle paired ?
OK, so once I could see parameter 35 with a definition next to it I switched it from 1 to 0 and now X axis is working. Now the next thing is to get the spindle to spin.......
