Hello again,
I currently a little mad, cause i don't know what I've done wrong.
So the context.
I have a fanuc a06b-6055-h112 spindle driver in my hurco bmc 40, which is the only drive that 'survived" the Retrofit. I've started my Retrofit in december 2019 but since then i had little time to finally complete the Retrofit.
First the drive gave out the alarmcode 18, Rom defect. After a long Research i finally got someone where i got the chipset and now those Problem is solved.
But After connecting the drive as Show in the pictures, the spindle doesn't do a Thing. If startet the mdi and typed m3 s1500 into the command, the voltage from the drive is correct and i can messure a voltage of around 25v between spindle etabliert and dir.
Has anybody already connected such a drive, so that i can be Sure that the wiring is correct before i conntacted fanuc Service

Am I reading correctly, that you have:
CN1/14 connected to Oak/OUT7 COM
CN1/19 connected to Oak/OUT5 COM
... plus a jumper between OUT7 COM and OUT5 COM?
If so, you are probably holding the drive in reset. CN1/19 is the reset input. CN1/20 is a common (same as CN1/14) that can be used with the reset input if needed. Since CN1/14 and CN1/20 come from the same 0V common from the drive, you can use just one of them for all your output commons on Oak.

Hi,
Those jumper is only in the Standard wiring Diagram, i don't connected those two, i just thought that thats the best way to Show my wiring, sorry for not doublechecking the Existenz drawing.
Im a little scared that the drive itself doesn't work probably, is there any methode to check him

You could just bring a few CN1 terminals out to a breakout strip for testing, and leave the Centroid control out of the picture.
As far as I know, you should be able to make it run (forward, at 15% speed) if you:
1) Close CN1/47 to CN1/48
2) Close CN1/14 to CN1/45
3) Apply 1.5VDC (e.g. a AA battery) from CN1/31 to CN1/32

Hello, i connected the contacts as described, but theres still no movement at all, i used a 5v Block battery on cn1/31 to cn1/32.
Is there anything Else i could try.
An thanks alot for the Suggestions you made so far, so that i could Day for Sure, that something is wrong with the drive, i messured euch contact, to asure that cn1-47 and cn1-48 are connected and that there uns a voltage of around 5v between cn1/31 and cn1/32

on a fanuc a06b-6055-h112 drive i have
cn1-14 to cn1-45 close to enable spindle cw
cn1-14 to cn1-46 close to enable spindle ccw
cn1-47 to cn1-48 n.o. e stop contact
cn1-19 to cn1-20 is a n.o. alarm reset

Hello joneg,
in which machine is the drive build in and which contact do you use for the analog voltage command

Finally the spindle started thanks to dnc Electronics, where i also got the Rom. They toll me that i have to change parameter 1 and two on the drive to 0
