Amazingly, Centroid actually includes a menu button to access the manual: F5 CAM / F4 Manual.

Got the machine running and actually cut a product part, foam core for fiberglass composite. Also cut a mold shape out of mdf. The mdf part is basically a circle and has 3 degrees of taper. On the mdf part it is way out of round. 10-5/16” across one axis and 10-9/16” across (90 degree to first axis).

On the foam core I utilize a puzzle joint and the puzzle is not symmetric. They are supposed to have .25” radiuses which matches the tool radius. Also appear to be slightly off linearly. We adjusted the motor travel but I feel we need to do more?
