Bench top testing

Post by kiwicolin »

Just started today, hooked up the MPU11 to the GP104D, with all the right jumpers in place and checked the parameters 308 to 315 are at 0, also stall detection is disabled, but the test of outputs 17 to 20 does not work, none of them light. Any suggestions as to what to do next? I want to do everything in order, so am stuck at the moment, as there are no "what to do if they don't light up" even though the parameters etc are in order?
Cheers, Colin

Can you please send us a report of your system to tech@ajaxcnc.com . From the main menu press F7-Utilties, F7-Report, and choose where you wish to save the file. We would just need the report.zip file created. The report file will allow tech support to see all of your parameters, settings, and any faults you are getting. With that information they should have a better idea of what could be causing your issues.
When requesting support READ THIS POST first. https://www.viewtopic.php?f=60&t=1043

Please ALWAYS post a FRESH report. To make a report: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ecvg0VJp1oQ.

(We pride ourselves on providing timely solid technical support but, without good information we may not be able to help and/or reply until such information is posted.)
