I have in my mill the below:
CPU7
PLC windc3io
CPU PIC:IO2PIC(PLC I02)
CNC 10 Mill v1.21
Servo motors:
X,Y axes:29lb
Z axes 40 lb
My sys ID is:0607050819
I bought from you all above mill kit
My questions:
a)Can I update the CNC10 Mill v1.21 to the latest version?
b)Also, can I have a username and password for update my software?
c)I want to buy a DC 1, 4th Axis Add-on Drive
so, I'll have four axes in my mill.
How cost the update?

You can update to the latest version of CNC10 2.72, but the computer specs will also have to be updated. The software and instructions and PC minimum specs can be found here : http://www.ajaxcnc.com/ajax-cnc-legacy-software/ . Or if you prefer we can send you a brand new Flash Card (with the latest version) and Flash Drive reader/cable for $425. To add a 4th axis a DC Single Axis Add-on drive ($535) would be needed (along with a servo if you don't have it yet).

I may be able to provide more information about your software upgrade path once we get the report from your system.
1. Included with the purchase of the DC Single would be an unlock for 4th axis capability.
2. The DC Single can handle DC servos up to 40 in-lb, 120VDC, 15 amps. If your servo falls with-in those specs you are free to use it. Please note that the servo will also need to have differential quadrature encoders installed with at least a 1000 line count.
3. You can pay via credit card over the phone (814-353-9218) or I can send you a PayPal Money Request you can also pay with credit card. We also accept wire transfers ( I can send you bank info if your interested).
4. International orders are shipped via FedEx or DHL depending on the best price to a particular country.
