3rd party program interfacing with mpu11 software

Are the current values of the DRO stored somewhere? (perhaps pushed on the stack) I know the plug ins can access them so they must be available some where.
The reason I ask is by acquiring the DROs values, I can take my revs/inch program to the next level, and actually make it useful.

Current DRO values are found in variables:
#5041-#5048 Current Position (X=5041, Y=5042, etc.)
