Post by MARKR »

I HAVE A REVOLUTION BED MILL WITH M39 CONTROL ,CPU7. WITH 4TH AXIS. I AM GETTING "FULL POWER W/O MOTION SERVO DRIVE SHUTDOWN" IN WINDOW ON SCREEN. THIS ALARM WILL DISPLAY AS X, Y, OR Z. TODAY IT OCCURRED AFTER HOMING MACHINE, BUT HAS BEEN OCCURRING MORE OFTEN, ESPCIALLY IF HEAVIER CUT OR DRILLING, OVER THE PAST FEW MONTHS. THINKING DRIVE BOARD IS BAD. ANY THOUGHTS.ATTACHED MACHINE FILES.

THANKS,
MARK

when you get FPWOM on all axes that points to the Logic power supply for the drive. so check the connections at both ends between the logic power supply and the drive for starters. pull the connectors and reseat them...more often than not thats what it is. :D
