Unlock codes CNC12

Hello all
Here Rui, from Lisbon in Portugal.
We decided last year to retrofit a CNC mill Mikron WF31D (1995 swiss made).
Since the Controler was damaged and we were not able to repair it. We decidedSeptember 2020 to retrofit usisng DMM AC DYN4 Servos and Oak Board.
As well as some other extras as intercon, Touch probe, Wireless MPG.
Only now I was able to finish the New control cabinet wiring.
Instaled the CNC12 4.16 at the CNC PC. Made the DYN4 servos tuning.
Now I wanted to make a benchtest folowing Martyscnc videos as well as the OAK centroid documentation.
I am not able to insert the unlock codes, since when I try the system asks for "import licence" file.
I am not able to find it so I am not able to install the MPG and intercon.

I am sending a report as well as a print screen of whats hapening.
I Still have more 2 basic questions:

1- since the instaled CNC12 version is the 4.16. I would like to know if there is a more actual one that we can install with no costs? For example 4.18?
2- I am usind a HP 23 inches touch screen with virtual MPG. I can not fit the screen to be able to see the Fs: F1, F2 etc.
Must be as fullscreen?

Best Regards
Rui

When you bought your control in September 2020, the current software was CNC12 v4.14.

Shortly after that (October 6th 2020) Centroid released CNC12 v4.16, with an entirely different options and pricing structure.

You can download and install v4.14, and your unlock codes should work as intended; or you can purchase a "Legacy Pro License Upgrade" and use current (v4.16 or newer) software. Because you purchased your control shortly before the changeover, the Pro License Upgrade is discounted to USD $99 (last I heard; you will have to confirm that with Centroid).

The current CNC12 version is 4.20. If you stay with newer software, I strongly recommend updating to 4.20.

Hello
Dear keith
Is kind of a bad luck that we purchased the OAK and other items just 3 weeks before a new version of software
was released.
Thats why we only instaled the version 4.16 of the CNC12 since was the one awailable at the Centroid website circa 1 month after receiving the order
in Portugal.
I would like to know if is better to install the version 4.14 and then upgraded to the 4.20 once we purchased it.
Or just make a new CNC12 4.20 instalation?
Also like to have an offer to the upgade to CNC12 4.20?
