VJP issue in 4.16

Hello
I face the problem of VJP off and give Msg as attached picture
My few installation has this error
What is the problem?

Just out of curiosity, can you post a copy of your c:\cncm\resources\vcp\options.xml file?
(Or post a Report, which will contain that file)

Amir any updates? you never posted a fresh report.zip so we can see your settings.
you posted this issue again on FB yesterday. What version of software are you using on the machines you are having issue with? still v4.16??
pretty sure this was solved with v4.20 which was released on 3-15-21
