The reason I ask for make and model of the VFD, is so we can see if it is capable of running on single phase.
Some will, some may not.
It would eliminate the need of a phase converter all together.
Worst case power the control on 220vac single phase and power the VFD from the converter.

I will take a look at the make & model of the VFD. If you look at the previous picture, it's wired up to the 3 Phase line coming in from the converter. I powered up the control yesterday. It booted up normally "but" got an "Air Leak Fault" on the screen n couldn't home the machine. I removed the left top cover where the Turret actuator is. I turned on the air regulator to 90 PSI and saw bubbles coming from the actuator shaft that turns the turret. Took out the shaft and came to the conclusion that it was the X ring inside the front cover where the shaft goes through.
Went to McMaster Carr and sized up the X ring in the cover and the larger one on the piston. I appreciate all the help and input!!!
#90025K222 (small shaft Xring) ID-0.362, OD-0.568, W-0.103
#90025K378 (large piston Xring) ID-0.609, OD-0.880, W-0.139

Good luck.

If you actually want any help finding out what the control means when it gives you a particular fault message, then post a Report so we can see your PLC program and message files.

Create a report as Marc suggests. F7 Utility, F7 Create Report
Post it here

Found out what the "Air Fault " was and why the collet closer valve was also bleeding down! There was a new regulator installed and the water drain valve was open! Once I closed it worked!!!! I could jog in each axis and turn the spindle on. When I shut off the air each time the "Air Fault" goes on the screen, guess it's a safety feature.
New question. When I press "tool check" the carriage does not go to home position. It does the opposite. Stops right before the spindle and comes towards operator side. How do I change this so when I press "tool check" it goes to home position?
Also when I have the spindle running I look to see the RPM but only shows me a horizonal line. As you increase speed the line increases. I have a spindle encoder. How do I change it show it shows me RPM?

Also when I first start up the machine air pressure at 90PSI I press the turret change button it doesnt do a complete change to the next position. I have to E stop quite a few times then it will change normally. Almost like its sticking

I found that I can disconnect the power cord from where the 3 phase comes in where the power to the cabinet is and plug it directly into my 220v outlet. This has a 5hp motor
GS2 can't do full 5hp, so you are stuck with the converter feeding the VFD and using single phase on the control.
Unless you upgrade the VFD to a single phase compatible VFD. (Not inexpensive but not terrible either)
