So now that the mechanical and electrical are for the most part finished I started to fine tune the software some more.
I did get the revs corrected for the rotary, as it has a 72:1 gear ratio. Now it turns at the correct speed.
I have 2 different situations.
The wireless MPG came on friday and was very simple to connect.
But...... If you put it on the 4th axis and the rate at 1x the rotary table move indefinitely. If you move the knob to x10 or x100 it will stop.
The x10 and x100 also seem to be way off as far as how much it is moving.
The next situation is the VCP.
The set x0 and set z0 also moves the rotary. The set axis 0 and set all 0 buttons do nothing.
I also tried to use the chuck clamp and un-clamp to simulate m10 and m11 to lock and unlock the rotary.
I am not sure if it is me doing something wrong, or is it these features are not implemented with the allin1.
But we are moving forward. Everyday I try and do something to tune it in.
